Droid Razr has an app to extend battery life? Sounds like they knew the battery life was going to be an issue BEFORE they even sold the first Razr. I bought a new Razr a week ago. Battery life with minimal use(3-4 calls a week and less than 30 mins a day on the internet) and the battery lasts anywhere from 4 hours 13 min-10 hours, then the phone shuts itself off. The forums suggest to manually turn off all apps that aren't being used, to extend the battery life, but that is a pain in the a$$ to be honest. The rest of the phone aside from the poor battery life, is fine. Super fast, light, nice display, even the camera is an improvement over my old Droid X. The battery is a huge issue with me, and the reason I got rid of my Doid X. Unfortunately the Razr isn't any better as far as I'm concerned.

How old is the phone? Did you try going to a few Verizon Stores... sometimes you get better service at another location unfortunately because every tech department in Verizon stores have different staff some are more flexible than others.

My Droid x2 becomes incredibly hot on the lower part of the back of the fone. This is the 5th replacement phone they have sent me. Verizon's customer service is terrible.
